Although I did what you said in YouTube video about “How to setup administrator and user emails”, I cannot receive any e-mail. Could you help me, please?
Hi Umut,
we need some more information in order to figure out what may be the cause. Please create a post in the Forum or use our support form.
One thing you can try directly however is to install Postman SMTP alongside PlanSo Forms as it lets you configure a real email account instead of sending the mails directly from your server.
